Yoga Acharya Narayana Sir- Patron 

With a remarkable journey spanning over six decades, our patron brings more than 60 years of profound experience and wisdom in yoga practice and teaching. At 85 years young, Narayana Sir embodies the timeless spirit of yoga, inspiring generations with dedication, discipline, and deep knowledge of traditional yogic sciences. A revered guide and mentor, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the vision and values of our institution, nurturing a community rooted in authenticity, holistic wellness, and lifelong learning.

Sri Sudheesh Kumar 
– Award-Winning Yoga Teacher | Certified Yoga Therapist | Holistic Healer | Founder|
Sri Sudheesh Kumar is an experienced yoga teacher and therapist with over 18 years of teaching and healing practice. He received the Yoga Mitra Award, presented by the Honourable Governor of Kerala, in recognition of his valuable contributions to yoga education and community wellness. He is a certified Yoga Therapist and instructor under the Yoga Certification Board (YCB). His teaching blends traditional Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga with gentle, mindful techniques that help students feel more connected to their bodies and minds. Sri Sudheesh also offers personalized yoga therapy and Ayurvedic healing for people dealing with chronic pain, stress, and other lifestyle-related issues. Known for his calm and inclusive teaching style, he creates a safe space where students of all levels feel supported. His philosophy is simple: “Yoga is not about touching your toes; it’s about what you learn on the way down.”

Smt. Manju Rajesh - Vinyasa Flow Specialist | Certified Yoga Therapist | Fitness & Wellness Instructor
With over 8 years of experience, Manju is a skilled Vinyasa and strength-based flow teacher with a strong foundation in both fitness and yoga therapy. As a certified Yoga Therapist, she integrates mindful movement with therapeutic techniques to support both physical and emotional well-being. Her dynamic Vinyasa classes are energizing yet grounding—designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while helping students find calm and clarity. Known for her vibrant energy and approachable teaching style, she creates a supportive space where students of all levels feel challenged, empowered, and at ease. Whether guiding group sessions or offering one-on-one therapeutic support, she leads with intention and care. Her belief is simple :“Through movement, we find stillness. Through effort, we discover ease.”

Mrs.Maheshwari Radhakrishnan - 
A Government of India–certified yoga teacher, an M.Voc post graduate in Yoga, and a Life Member of the Indian Yoga Association (IYA). With a strong foundation in both traditional yogic philosophy and modern practices, she brings academic depth and authentic wisdom to each session. Known for a compassionate and inclusive teaching style, Maheshwari supports students of all levels in cultivating balance, strength, and inner awareness through mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic wellness practices.

Mr. Akhil Anish–A certified fitness trainer and yoga teacher, Akhil brings intensity and energy to the mat. His classes are perfect for those looking to build strength, flexibility, and stamina.  With training in mindfulness and Yoga therapy principles, he helps students slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. “Rest is not a luxury—it’s a necessary return to balance.”

Mrs. Nisha Ammal– Mrs. Nisha is a calm and compassionate teacher with a strong background in classical Hatha Yoga. After completing her diploma in Yoga Science and TTC, she dedicated herself to helping students find balance in their lives through mindful movement and breath. Her sessions emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. Nisha also works with individuals suffering from anxiety, insomnia, and postural imbalances, integrating therapeutic yoga into her practice..”

Mrs. Meenu Lakshmi– Mrs.Meenu is passionate about the intersection of yoga and mental health. Her classes focus on breath control, mindfulness, and inner awareness. She also leads guided meditations and yoga nidra for stress and emotional healing.

Dr. Anu– A renowned integrative wellness expert, blending her in-depth Ayurvedic medical background with traditional yogic techniques. Her treatments include asana therapy, pranayama, Ayurvedic diet, and Panchakarma for conditions like PCOS, digestive disorders, spinal issues, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and insomnia.
